As a dedicated professional with a passion for serving Strata communities, Siobhan brings over 9 years of experience to her role. Her qualifications, including a Certificate IV in Strata Management and a Diploma in Business, demonstrate her commitment to excellence in the field.

Siobhan’s proactive approach to supporting Committee Members and Owners has been honed through years of experience in the industry. After
working for a large strata management firm for over 8 years, she decided to establish a boutique strata management firm to provide a more personalized service to her clients.

In her efforts to assist Committees in meeting their legislative requirements, Siobhan’s expertise shines through. She values collaboration and works closely with Committees to ensure that all aspects of strata management are addressed efficiently. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Siobhan dedicates her time to her blended family of 6, engages in long distance running, and volunteers to
feed the homeless and vulnerable in her community.  Her commitment to giving back extends beyond her work, reflecting her compassionate nature and dedication to making a positive impact.

As a Body Corporate Manager, Siobhan prioritizes delivering tailored services that cater to the unique needs of each community. By considering factors such as building size, layout, committee composition, and specific requirements, she ensures that her clients receive comprehensive and personalized support.

U Body Corporate Management is a family-owned Strata Title Management company and aims to deliver a high standard of service. 

Our Organisation complies with the Body Corporate & Community Management Act 1997, and the standard, accommodation, commercial, small schemes and specified two-lot scheme regulation modules.

Our Strata Title Management business is currently servicing the Sunshine Coast region from Noosa to Glasshouse Mountains and Mooloolaba to Maleny, and the Moreton Bay region from Elimbah to North Lakes and Bribie Island to Mount Pleasant.
